  • The Inkwell announces the line-up for its second INKUBATOR FESTIVAL (September 24th through October 18th, 2009 at H Street Playhouse), an unprecedented exploration of playmaking in the nation’s capital. The festival will showcase 18 new plays from the most exciting up-and-coming writers in America, and allows audiences to engage with playwrights, directors, actors, and dramaturges as they put these plays on their feet, in many cases for the first time.
